Problems

There were problems that Logout Studio’s products helped us conquer:

1. I started ‘The Western Routes’ in 2011. At that time, I got my website made, but I did not feel like keeping it updated because most of our conversations and bookings happen through social media. In this, we needed something that helped our customers with detailed itineraries. It was a huge question where should we place these itineraries.
2. We wanted a trusted Payment Gateway.
3. The extra money that users have to pay as transaction fees.
4. We wanted to avoid fidgeting between platforms for events management and driving sales.
5. In a world of spam users, building a repository of trusted travellers is like solving a riddle with missing pieces.

Solutions

Most of our users are foreigners. We preferred to keep things simple. Going forward, things will shift on phones, mostly chatting apps. Per our internal discussions, we have a website, but most sales happen outside.

• Booking Engine: The booking engine has given us a seamless checkout experience with no redirection. Users don’t mind paying a bit extra as transaction fees. Moreover, all information and user data are synced across platforms.
• Repository of Users: Every time a user downloads an itinerary, it saves their contact information which we can use later to call them and add them to our Whatsapp groups to keep them informed about various things.
• LinkInBio: My customers love this Instagram feature. They can easily download and book new trips right from Insta. Additionally, my ad campaigns show so many more conversions.
