Problems

1. The time to solve internal problems is always less. Our game was powerful with inbound and outbound customers, but fixed departures were not happening for us. We wanted to provide a complete package to tourists, including Historical, Adventure, and Offbeat locations, and solve stay, travel and acquiring permissions. We needed time to make this happen.
2. Lead Generation is an essential part of the travel business. Ultimately it boils down to how many customers are looking for you to conversion happening. Everything revolves around this. When a team is small, availability time for customers is missed.
3. It took a lot of work to know what travellers were looking for. Fixed departures are our bread and butter, but customised trips keep us connected with valued customers. Only trusted travellers will fill out a form and send queries hoping for solutions. We needed to have good technical support.
4. Person hours for repeated tasks were skyrocketing. As we are scaling, changing and dividing the load, we needed automation for repeated tasks.
5. Queries were missed since travellers needed a place to send those. People come to our website to feel at home. If they have feedback/queries/questions, they should have a place to look upto.
6. Identifying different offbeat locations is still a part of the challenging game we are trying to solve. Finding offbeat places like Chahal, Mashobra and Jibhi and arranging things there takes a lot of work.
